The property
Architect James H. McGill designed the brick Gothic Revival house and matching carriage house during LeDroit Park's original 1870s development; the designs appeared in the Architectural Advertiser in 1880. Today, the address is being thoughtfully reintroduced as a collection of places to stay—and, soon, a larger home to consider.
